SILJ Wins 4 Awards!

Soroptimist International of La Jolla won 4 awards for its 2017 performance.  They were presented by SIA (Soroptimist International of the Americas) at the Fall Conference of the SI Desert Coast Region in El Centro, CA.  

1. Certificate of Appreciation - for the sum total of our efforts to increase SIA's collective impact;
2. Club Giving - for donating a portion of our fundraising to SIA;
3. Dream It Be It - career support for girls in the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) program at UCSD.
4. Live Your Dream - education and training grants for women who are single heads of household.

We are proud to be recognized with these awards for our efforts to achieve our mission.
